My wife and I have a small commercial unit in the lower mountains, we realised our out of area agent was out of touch with market value. We switched to Carmen Lia who straight away got to work, bringing multiple prospective tenants through and relieving us of our anxiety of the property not being tenanted. Within a few short weeks, we had a fantastic new tenant and had secured a long lease with the rent DOUBLED from a few weeks earlier. My only regret is that we didn’t entrust our property to Lister Estate Agents earlier.

As͏ stress free as a sale could be. We were very happy with the entire process! From our first meeting Scott and Josh (following several personal recommendations), the absence of any pressure to sign with them, their respectful conduct of house inspections and regular contact and feedback, to the final sale process- all contact with the company was a positive experience.
